  1. Click the product page, then find the product you want. You can use the search feature using keywords (via the form located on the top left corner of theKrisbow website) or to search for products by product category. The product category you can find the right product page.
     
  2. You can view the product details by clicking on the "detail", or if you are sure with the products you want, you can directly click the "add to cart", which automatically include the item you want to your shopping cart.


  3. Click the "add to cart" then you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page (Your shopping cart), where you can enter the number of items you want to buy. You can then choose to continue your shopping by selecting the "continue shopping", or whenyou're done shopping, you can click the "Continue to next step"


  4. At the time of clicking the "Continue to next step", you will be prompted to log in first, if you have not registered, then you can register by clicking this link. Once you logged in, you will be asked to fill out shipping destination address. You can choose to send your purchases to the address you registered earlier, or to the new address. Please note that delivery can only be made to the cities in Indonesia.



  5. After your address is specified, then you will proceed to a page that contains the summary of your shopping information. Here you will be prompted to choose the payment method. Currently Krisbow is only accepting payment by bank transfer method. Once you select a payment method, you will need to read the Terms and Conditions set forth by Krisbow. If you agree with the terms and conditions, please click the box next to "I agree with above terms and conditions", then you can continue shopping by clicking the button "continue to next step". 


  6. Once you proceed to the next step, then you will be brought to the final page of the shopping process. Then you should check your email, because your order information and payment instruction for purchases are automatically sent to your email address when you click the button "continue to next step". 


  7. Once you make a payment, you must confirm payment by either of these ways: a. 
    1. Click on links contained in emails sent previously or, 
    2. Clicking on the "Confirm your payment" on the website Krisbow. (You will need to login first) NOTE: Payment please do a maximum of 24 hours from the time of booking. Bookings will be automaticallycanceled if no confirmation of payment by 24 hours. 
       
  8. Once you confirm payment (click here to find out how to do the confirmation of payment), then the transaction status is automatically changed from Waiting for Payment to Check payment. Administration team from Krisbow e-shop will also received a notifications when you send your payment confirmation. After the administration to check the status of your transaction, and when the fund has been received in Krisbow account, then the Admin will change the status of your transaction to be Payment Received.

     
  9. Your transaction will be processed by the logistics for goods delivered to courier services choosen by Krisbow. Please understand that delivery time may varies depending on the location of your shipping address.
